- Eligibility:
- The giveaway is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- Must have a valid Instagram and Facebook account.
- Must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Employees, representatives, and affiliates of Kiro -Inc and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the giveaway.
- Entry Requirements:
- To enter the giveaway, participants must complete the following steps:
- Follow Kiro -Inc on Instagram @kiro_tactics and on Facebook @KIRO Inc.
- Like the giveaway post on both Instagram and Facebook.-
- Tag two friends in the comments section of the giveaway post.
- Giveaway Period:
- The giveaway will commence on 06/21/23 at 12:00 AM (CST Time) and will conclude on 07/01/23 at 11:59 PM (CST Time).
- Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
- Winners will be selected up to 5 days after the giveaway conclude.
- Prizes:
- Kiro -Inc will be giving away a total of three different kits, with three units of each kit being awarded. The kits include:
- Firepower Fashion Kit: Includes Kiro T-Shirt, Kiro Trucker Hat, MOAB Belt.
- Tactical Shooter Kit: Includes Kiro T-Shirt, Kiro Trucker Hat, EKU X Tactical Glasses.
- Ultimate Eye Protection Kit: Includes Kiro T-Shirt, Kiro Trucker Hat, Arcus Tactical Goggles.
- The winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.
- Each winner will receive one unit of the kit they were selected for.
- Winner Selection and Notification:
- The winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries within three days of the giveaway's conclusion.
- Winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram and Facebook within five days of the selection.
- If a winner does not respond within seven days of being notified, Kiro -Inc reserves the right to choose an alternate winner.
- Prize Delivery:
- The prizes will be shipped to the winners' provided addresses within 7 days of receiving the winners' confirmation.
- Kiro -Inc will cover the shipping costs.
- Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, or other expenses associated with the receipt of the prize.
- Publicity:
- By entering the giveaway, participants grant Kiro -Inc the right to use their names, social media handles, and any submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
- General Conditions:
- Kiro -Inc reserves the right to modify or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
- Kiro -Inc is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or technical malfunctions that may occur during the giveaway.

- Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
- The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel.
- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Israel.
