We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund with the following conditions
- The return request must be made in less than 30 days of receiving the order by opening a return inquiry through the Contact Us
- The products and its packaging must be in perfect condition. If you’re not sure about the condition, send us a photo of the order.
- The customer is responsible for returning the order. The return address will be provided by mail. Taking into consideration the customer’s location, we will furnish the closest warehouse location.
- The customer will be able to exchange his order for another product or request a refund:
- KIRO-Inc will ship the exchanged product free of charge.
- If the customer requests a refund, the refund will be given by the same method as the original payment. For example, if the customer paid with PayPal, he would receive a refund through PayPal. If he paid via credit card, he would receive the refund directly to his credit card. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 7 business days to be processed by the credit card company.
There are no further restrictions on returns. The customer can return any KIRO-Inc purchased product.
- If you make a cancellation request within six hours of payment, send us a cancellation request through the Contact Us
- You can cancel backorder items before the product ships by sending us a cancellation request through the Contact Us
- If your order has already been shipped, leave us a message through the Contact Us page and refuse the package when you are notified about it. After the tracking information shows that the package is rerouted back to us, we will refund your payment.
- Cancellation will not incur a restocking fee from the customer side.
- If the customer wishes to return a product he already received, he should follow the return policy.
