We will repair or replace your KIRO product in the event it becomes damaged or defective. We recommend you make your purchases from one of our online stores or local distributors or dealers to ensure you get the best service should there ever be a need.
Distributors and dealers in other countries where you made your purchase may apply service charges due to different rules and regulations in that country.
If the product fails to perform due to defects in material or workmanship, we will replace it.
Note: The warranty does not cover loss, theft, deliberate damage, or cosmetic damage that does not hinder the performance of the product.
